Oskar - AI Property Matching Marketplace

The Challenge

Property portals make buyers do the hunting while agents drown in unqualified enquiries, and a meaningful share of homes sell without ever being listed. Oskar needed a consumer product that could turn a messy conversation into a structured, trustworthy brief, verify who the buyer is, route that demand to the right agents across the UK and charge for it, with separate experiences for buyers, agents and the operations team, launched from a standing start.

Our Solution

We designed and built the entire platform as a Turborepo monorepo of Next.js apps: a buyer app with a multi-stage LLM interview pipeline (extraction, reasoning, streamed responses and live voice) that produces a structured brief; an agent app with a lead inbox, messaging and Reapit CRM sync; an ops console for prompt versioning, model configuration, A/B journeys and telemetry; and the marketing site. Stripe Billing and Stripe Identity handle subscriptions and buyer verification, Supabase and Prisma underpin data and auth, and a provider-agnostic AI layer lets the team switch between Anthropic, OpenAI and Google models per task without a deploy.
